Norrbotten's Municipalities work to promote collaboration between the municipalities in the region and support the development of a knowledge-based social services and municipal health care. The social services are facing a significant transformation with the introduction of a new social services act. We are looking for two process leaders who can lead and support the development together with the municipalities within the framework of the new social services act:

· Process Leader for the new social services act

· Process Leader for elderly care

Do you have experience in change management within the public sector and are passionate about creating long-term improvements through collaboration? Then this could be the opportunity for you!

As a Process Leader for the new social services act, you will play a key role in supporting the municipalities in the region and developing and strengthening collaboration between them. This means that you will support the municipalities in their work with the transition to the new social services act at both a strategic and operational level, for example, the introduction of new working methods and models as well as systematic follow-up.

Your main tasks include:

· Identifying, leading, and coordinating change initiatives within social services

· Supporting the development of common working methods and strategies

· Facilitating dialogue and collaboration between different stakeholders

· Ensuring that the change work has an impact through clear communication and engagement

As a Process Leader for elderly care, you will work to strengthen the conditions for developing and maintaining a knowledge-based elderly care of good quality. The knowledge-based operations are emphasized in the new social services act and are particularly important regarding care for individuals with dementia. Where relevant, disability care is also included. The activities of the assignment are based on the national dementia strategy and developed in close collaboration with the municipalities in the region.

Your main tasks are:

· Coordinating and supporting development and improvement work

· Strengthening leadership for first-line managers in elderly care

· Supporting first-line managers in elderly care in the transition to the new social services act

· Organizing and planning competence-enhancing activities

· Supporting the development of support for relatives

We are looking for someone who

· Has relevant academic education for the assignments

· Knowledge of and experience in the areas of social services

· Is communicative in both spoken and written form

· Has experience working independently and in collaboration with others

It is an advantage if you have experience in driving/leading development or improvement work

Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Application

The positions are fixed-term project employments until 2026-12-31. There may be an opportunity for an extended assignment. Location is Luleå, remote work is possible part-time.
